A.A.Allen obtained copyrights on very few of the materials he produced.

Of the few items that were actually registered with the Copyright Bureau in Washington, DC, 80% of them were registered in the name of his Non-profit corporation, A.A.Allen Revivals, Inc. When he died, ALL EXISTING COPYRIGHTS WERE HELD BY THE CORPORATION! At Allen's death, H. KENT ROGERS became the president & CEO of A.A.Allen Revivals Inc., and Don Stewart the Vice President, and legally, "it was business as usual." About 2 years later, Rogers "stepped down" as President, allowing Don Stewart to become President.

NOTE: Approximately 3 years after Allen's death, Don Stewart changed the name of the corporation to "DON STEWART EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION", AND ALL EXISTING COPYRIGHTS WERE THEN OWNED BY THE "NEW" CORPORATION! 

Don subsequently decided to "get rid of the Allen name" (and all materials that carried his name.) John Carver ( Baltimore, MD) came with a rented truck, and bought a large quantity of "Allen materials". Several others of us, "salvaged" quantities of the materials from the impromptu dump, where Stewart was burying the remaining materials.

NONE Of the Allen materials listed here are copyright, because the
copyrights WERE NOT RENEWED by Don Stewart Evang. Ass'n ( or anyone else) at any time, after Allens death, and they entered "public domain".

Once material enters public domain, it cannot be copyrighted again!
